We were taking a trailer trip to Schulenburg, and had a chance to revisit the Fayette County Courthouse – after it had been restored. We were also able to get photos of the interior – which also made the trip special. It was a great contrast. The building sparkled and showed itself off much more brilliantly than before restoration. This courthouse is well worth the visit. Checkout the attached YouTube video which gives some background on the restoration.
