This historic courthouse sits next to the very modern (motel style?) courthouse. It was closed. We toured the current courthouse and asked about this one, and was asked if we wanted to go in – which we did. They gave us a key. Hey, Guthrie is a very small town in a very unpopulated county – it has one of the lowest population counts of all Texas. I know Loving is lower. Anyhow, the old courthouse is now a museum. Interesting.
