We arrived in the Valley (lower Rio Grande Valley) a few days ago. Just like in Victoria and San Antonio – it’s HOT. Regardless – we’ve already been to Starr County, Hidalgo and Willacy county courthouses. We have some impressions and stories to share – but I’ll wait on that until tomorrow.
